I had to return my
I had to return my fireplace and am waiting on a credit to my account. The item was too small for my space and I decided to go with gas logs instead. They picked it up 2 weeks ago but so far no refund yet They did send me the return label when I requested so I am hopeful this will be resolved as it should

Our first fireplace arrived with major damage to the ceramic logs. We called the company and spoke to Charlene who was very cooperative and had a replacement unit shipped the next day. We are very pleased with the unit and would highly recommend the company.
